Our hope and goal is that your nose job looks natural. However, the healing process for a nose job can take up to one year until the final result will be realized. In terms of your presence in a social setting, I would suggest waiting about 10 days and then you will feel like facing the public with more confidence. Obvious swelling and bruising will be present for at least that long.
