Question:
I had fat transferred to my cheeks about a year and half ago. I have noticed that my cheeks now seem to be sagging a bit. Is this common? What treatments / procedures are available to treat this?
Answer:
It is possible that some of the fat that was transferred to your face has dissolved and that is why your cheeks and face appear to be sagging. I would suggest having your surgeon evaluate your face, but, it is very possible and quite common for a touch up fat transplantation procedure may need to be performed.
