Question :
I feel like my nose droops down, not the tip exactly but more the skin that is between the nostrils. It almost seems like the skin there is too fat and needs to be leveled off. Can this be done?
Answer :
Although it appears that it is the skin that seems to be drooping in the area between the droop. Often times the droopy appearance of your nose between your nostrils is a combination of issues such as excess cartilage, excess fat, and laxity of the soft tissue between your nostrils. During your rhinoplasty we will evaluate this area and we can discuss which issues seem to be contributing the most to your appearance.
