Question:
I am very interested in a necklift. My mother had a horrible neck and I seem to be developing it. The skin is quite loose and has a tendency to fold. I am only 37 years old. Is it better to get a neck lift now before it gets much worse, or should I wait some more years?
Answer:
If you are already showing extreme signs of aging in your neck area then now is the time to get a necklift. Waiting to have the surgery will not affect the long term outcome of your necklift. You might as well enjoy the appearance of your neck now and if necessary, have a small revision procedure performed on your neck in ten or more years.
