Question:
Who was it who said that the eyes are the window to the soul? Well, my eyes are droopy and I hate it. I noticed that they seemed a bit droopy when I turned 48, or should I say that I noticed it on a picture of myself. I don’t think it is the eyelid, but actually the skin between the eye and the eyebrow that droops. I would like blepharoplasty. If I get another procedure done at the same time, like a brow lift, can I get a discount?
Answer:
There appears to be a great deal of debate with regards to who can be credited with the quote “the eyes are the windows to the soul”. Everyone from Shakespeare to DaVinci has been given credit for that particular quotation. In any case, it is true. I also think that you are probably correct in your assessment of your eyes. It is very likely that the issues that you have with the appearance of your eyes may be due to your brows having fallen as well as the excess skin of your upper lids. A thorough assessment of your eyes will enable me to determine if that is in fact the case. As far as discounts go, my office charges less when multiple cosmetic procedures are performed concurrently and my patient coordinator can discuss our pricing structure with you in more detail.
