Question:
I’m a 20 year old woman, and I’ve been considering getting a lip implant to fill out my thin lips, which currently make my face look really washed out. I’m a little afraid of how different I’m going to look, though. Could I have a lip implant removed if it seemed too big for my face?
Answer:
Lip augmentation can be a scary undertaking. Having an implant placed is more of a commitment for lip augmentation than having dermal fillers place for lip augmentation. Surgicil is the newest product available for permanent lip augmentation. I am very impressed with this product for lip augmentation because of the natural feel of the product, the relative ease of placement, and most importantly, the reversibility of the implant if the patient desires a different size or would rather have no implant at all.
