Question:
I’m a 32 year old woman, and I’ve always had deep set eyes. I’m not suffering from too much wrinkling yet, but I don’t like the deep set look. I’m not crazy about the idea of fillers, and I’m not sure they’d help too much anyway. Could a blepharoplasty be a good way to make my eyes look less deep set?
Answer:
Deep set eyes may be due to several factors. Without seeing you I am not certain that a blepharoplasty will address the issues that you see in your eyes. Dermal fillers and fat injections around your eyes will help in certain situations but, they are not for everyone.
