Question:
I had otoplasty surgery 4 months ago. I am unhappy with the results and I would like to have my ears worked on again. How long do I need to wait until I can have the surgery again?
Answer:
Depending upon the deformity of the ears following the otoplasty surgery, you may be ready to have revision work performed even after four months. Several different potential complications may have occurred but, the most common reasons that an individual is unhappy with the results of an otoplasty surgery is ear asymmetry, ear aesthetic abnormalities, or the ears being placed too close to the head.
