I have used dermal fillers in non surgical rhinoplasty for a number of reasons. I have used dermal fillers to fill a scoop in the nose, to make slight corrections to the nasal profile and tip in situations where rhinoplasty has already been performed, and to correct a slight curvature of the nose if one should be there. In the proper patient, non surgical rhinoplasty results are really quite spectacular.
