Question:
What exactly is an endoscopic brow lift and how is it different from a regular brow lift or forehead lift?
Answer:
An endoscopic brow lift is another surgical approach that is used to elevate a fallen brow and smooth out some of the wrinkles of the forehead. I use the endoscopic approach frequently and the results are very pleasing. The endoscopic brow lift avoids the need for a large incision in the scalp which was previously used to elevate the brows. Small incisions are used in the endoscopic brow lift which allows healing to take place quicker and avoid some of the other side effects of open brow lift surgery such as, hair loss, and numbness.
