Question:
Will I need to return to the doctor to get the stitches removed after my browlift, or are they the kind that dissolves on their own?
Answer:
Following your browlift surgery, depending upon the browlift approach your doctor chooses to use, you will either need to have staples or sutures removed from your scalp. This is a relatively painless procedure and you should not be worried about staple or suture removal, however, if you are, you should inform you surgeon and they can recommend a mild sedative or simply have you take some of your pain medication prior to suture or staple removal.
